I’m not an educator in the traditional sense. Instead, my ‘students’ are the many teachers, students and administrative staff I help to more effectively learn, teach and work together. I love that my role gives me the opportunity to see and hear the many great things that are happening in schools across Australia and beyond. I feel privileged to be able to gather these stories and pass them on to other educators that I meet. The most rewarding part of my job comes from showing a teacher or administrator something that makes a task quicker or easier. I know that every time or effort saving tip gives them more time and energy to spend on high-value interactions with their students and school communities.
