As a principal of an elementary school in the outskirts of the historic city of Bruges (Belgium) I am confronted daily with a school population with a lot of social, language problems and learning difficulties. As teachers seek the best means to help children in their learning process, often it is for my teachers a heavy task. However integrating technology as a supportive tool of the learning process can help children and teachers.
Creating a powerful learning environment by integrating technology in the class environment is a process . Guiding my teachers in their learning process, changing their teaching-style in a dynamic way of teaching by using technology, is one of my biggest challenges as a principal.
